This workshop offers a combination of carefully crafted exercises that will give you the opportunity to experience directly your beauty, your power, your love for yourself, and the love others have for you. The exercises invite you into connection with others, in an easy, fun way.
This is a powerful experiential workshop created by Stan Dale, the founder of HAI, an organisation that we have a deep and long connection with. We have been given training and permission to lead this fabulous day in the UK We create a safe, supportive atmosphere where, as the day unfolds, you will always be "at choice" as to the level of participation you want.
